40 before 40

Well here we are. 75 days before my 40th birthday. like holy shit im bout to be 40. I mean it's never a surprise i struggle with my weight since I was probably 6 years old. Weight Watchers at 13. Always the biggest or one of the biggest kids in the class. I mean shit I was on an offensive line that averaged over 300lbs in HS and was only rivaled by SU. I stayed at 320 until about 23 years old and boom the weight gain really began. At my heaviest I was 470, I've done weight loss for endorsements, which led me to strongman. Lost a ton only to gain it back. Well for the most part gain it back. I've paid for nutrition help, because well i'm lazy and don't feel like writing shit out myself. And guess what I don't for one second regret any of it.

So here we are 75 days before 40 years old. Who woulda thunk it. I'm not gonna lie Strongman has saved me, It put a focus in me that I thoroughly enjoy. The Process training for a competition is almost unrivaled by any sport i've done. The training i've never had a problem with doing. The other pieces that go with it, has always been my struggle. A struggle I will meet and enjoy taking on.

Now could I do this all in silence and just go about shit myself. Yes absolutely BUT, would that really be my style? We all know the answer to that "NO". So The plan with my diet has been put into place. It will be parts of what i've done successfully in the past. With some added additions. Training won't change much will just have some more interval training included in it. Gotta get the heart rate up to burn right?

My weight sits at 421 currently soo the goal is 381 in 75 days.

So let the journey to being more #Fatletic begin. as this will be just a start for 2019.
